Sumit Goyal is not a first-time founder. He is a 15-year corporate veteran who spent his career building AI when most companies were still figuring out what AI was.
An engineering graduate. Ex-Accenture. Ex-Paytm. A Data Science Manager who led enterprise AI deployments across multiple Government of India projects and rigorous production environments — building models at scale when everyone else was still watching TED talks about machine learning.
But the story that mattered was closer to home. Sumit’s family runs a business. Like every Indian MSME, they knew the phone call — the one where your best salesperson quits without notice. Retention was brutal. Every departure meant retraining, ramp-up, lost customer relationships, missed calls that became missed revenue. Every quarter, teams iterated before they scaled.
The technology to solve this existed inside Fortune 500 companies. Sumit had built it for them. But it was locked behind enterprise pricing, six-month deployments, and technical teams the average MSME could never afford.
Vomyra AI Solutions Pvt Ltd was founded in 2023 with one mission: take enterprise-grade voice AI — the same technology powering government deployments — and make it accessible, affordable, and instantly usable for every Indian MSME. The platform officially launched in February 2025.
