What you'll do
- Design and ship LLM-powered conversation flows for production phone calls
- Optimise latency across speech-to-text, reasoning, and text-to-speech
- Build retrieval and tool-calling that integrate with CRMs, calendars, and APIs
- Evaluate models and prompts against real call transcripts and iterate quickly
