You'll work at the core of the product, turning large language models into voice agents that hold natural conversations and get real work done on live phone calls. It's a hard, high-impact problem where latency, accuracy, and reliability are the product.
What you'll do
- Design and ship LLM-powered conversation flows for production phone calls
- Optimise latency across speech-to-text, reasoning, and text-to-speech
- Build retrieval and tool-calling that integrate with CRMs, calendars, and APIs
- Evaluate models and prompts against real call transcripts and iterate quickly
What you'll bring
- 2+ years building software, with hands-on LLM or ML work
- Strong Python and comfort with APIs and real-time systems
- Experience with prompting, RAG, or agent/tool-calling frameworks
- A bias for shipping and measuring on real usage
