What you'll do
- Prospect, qualify, and close deals with MSMEs and enterprises
- Run product demos and consultative discovery calls
- Translate operational pain points into concrete agent use cases
- Hit and exceed targets, with performance-based incentives
What you'll bring
- 3+ years in B2B or SaaS sales, ideally to Indian SMBs
- A consultative style — you listen first, then map solutions
- Comfort with targets, CRM hygiene, and owning your numbers
- Fluent Hindi and English
