AI-Powered Voice Agents for Enhanced Customer Support

An alternative of Vapi & Retell AI, or maybe better than them.

We are working hard and consistently to make the accessibility of AI-voice agents for better customer support and assistance. The voice agents created or used by most of our customers are human-alike and responses of these agents too. They attends calls and outreach people as if you are talking to a human but behind the scenes, it is an AI-powered voice.

This is the magic we are creating or trying to provide our customers with more flexibility and convenience.
The voice agents work solely on the 3 components –
1. STT (Speech to text)
2. LLMs (Large Language Models)
3. TTS (Text to speech)
They look easy on the upper part but too complex to implement as many other factors are also need to be considered during the build.

The speech-to-text part is the first part and needs to be able to catch the voice of the user in real-time and convert them into text with more precisions and speed. The latency here cannot handled by anyone as everyone have to use the in-built microphone and the web-recognition api of the browser. So. the voice capturing and the change from speech-to-text is totally dependent on the device’s configuration.
